Yes! We are connected with major providers
Colorado- United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, and many more!
Texas- Private pay at this time
Yes! For individual counseling, all sessions are virtual at this time. For Texas residents, we are diligently working on licensure and will be offering online and in person sessions soon.
Not at this time. Our provider is an LCSW and cannot prescribe medication under that license. However, we would are able to partner along side you to recommend providers within our trusted network.
Everyone has different needs and preferences. It is important to understand that not every therapist is going to be a match and that’s okay! Please schedule a 15 minute consultation to connect with a provider.- it's free!
At Cadencia, we value your time, your commitment to care, and the healing work we do together. We also hold space for life’s unpredictability and are here to offer support with both accountability and compassion. This policy helps us maintain consistency and fairness for all clients while honoring your individual journey.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us by emailing Alyssa.Nazario@CadenciaCommunity.com at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that circumstances change and appreciate timely communication.
If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and rescheduling is not possible within the same week, a cancellation fee will apply (see below).
We offer a one-time grace for unexpected changes, followed by a progressive fee structure to support mutual accountability:
First late cancellation or no-show – No fee (one-time excusal)
Second occurrence – $50 fee
Third occurrence – $75 fee
Fourth occurrence – $150 fee
Fifth occurrence – We may pause your recurring appointments and explore alternative care options
An "occurrence" includes:
Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice when no reschedule is available
Not attending your scheduled session without notice
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, which will be considered a no-show
To avoid being counted as a missed appointment, rescheduled sessions must occur within the same calendar week and in an available time slot. If you are scheduled for biweekly sessions, your session may be rescheduled on the alternate week.
We’re happy to offer rescheduling when availability allows. However, missing a rescheduled session without notice will be treated the same as a late cancellation or no-show, as that time has still been reserved for you.
Fees are due before your next scheduled session.
Clients with Medicaid coverage are not subject to cancellation fees. However, consistent attendance remains essential for therapeutic progress and service continuity.
After four late, missed, or non-communicated sessions, we will reach out to discuss whether Cadencia continues to be the best fit for your care needs. If needed, we will support a smooth transition to a provider whose availability may better align with your schedule.
We recognize that emergencies, illness, or unexpected crises can happen. Please reach out as soon as you're able—we apply this policy with care, not rigidity, and always consider your circumstances with compassion.
By scheduling with Cadencia, you acknowledge and agree to this attendance policy. We invite questions at any time and are committed to open, respectful communication as part of your care.

Thank you for your commitment to this shared space. We’re honored to walk alongside you.
Absolutely. There are only a few circumstances where providers must break confidentiality. At the initial appointment, you and your provider will discuss all of the exceptions that may exist. Outside of legal obligation and mandatory reporting, communication with outside parties can only happen if you sign a release of information.
